Yes. We only collect public professional data (open LinkedIn profiles, directories, Google Maps listings). GDPR allows this collection under B2B legitimate interest, with a right of opposition. We provide the information notices to include in your first emails to stay compliant.

How long does delivery take?
Standard: 7 business days (included). Express 5 days: +20%. Express 48h: +40%. Most standard requests actually ship within 48 to 72h.
What if the enrichment hit rate is insufficient?
We guarantee 70% valid emails and 40% valid phones on enriched leads. If we're below, automatic partial refund proportional to the gap. No negotiation needed, it's in our terms.
In what format is the data delivered?
CSV or Google Sheets as standard, included in the price. Direct push to your CRM (Folk, Attio, HubSpot): +100€ for field mapping. Fields are normalized, deduplicated, scored.
How do you get paid?
Stripe payment by card or SEPA transfer, before extraction. Invoice incl. VAT (20% France) sent by email after payment. For recurring orders, we set up monthly billing.
