Data collected

We collect the following data:

• Contact data: first name, last name, work email, company, business number, intra-community VAT number.
• Billing data processed by Stripe (our payment provider).
• Technical data: server logs, anonymized within 30 days.

No advertising tracking cookie is placed on this site.

Purpose and legal basis

• Contract performance: service delivery, invoicing, support (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Legal obligations: invoice retention for 10 years (art. 6.1.c GDPR, L123-22 French commercial code).
• Legitimate interest: service improvement, security (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention period

• Client data: 3 years after the last order.
• Invoices: 10 years (legal obligation).
• Server logs: 30 days.

Subprocessors

• Vercel (hosting): servers in Europe.
• Stripe (payment): PCI-DSS certified.
• Resend (transactional emails).
• Apify, Fullenrich (technical scraping execution).

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object to your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@fullscraper.com. Response within 30 days maximum.

Data of delivered prospects

Data provided under the Fullscraper service (B2B contacts) is collected from public professional sources under the legal basis of legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR). The receiving client becomes data controller upon receipt and commits to including information notices and the right of opposition in their communications.
