Who this is for
Local outbound teams, franchise networks auditing competitors, market research on SMB segments, door-to-door sales, field recruiters, local service providers building a prospect database.
What we extract per business
- Identity: business name, category (primary + secondary), Google Place ID.
- Contact: phone number, website URL, email addresses scraped from the website + verified.
- Location: full address, ZIP, city, region, country, GPS coordinates.
- Reputation: aggregate rating (1-5 stars), review count, individual reviews with date + author.
- Operations: opening hours per day, permanently closed flag, temporary closure flag, photos count.
- Signals: "busy times" histogram when available, price range ($, $$, $$$), attributes (wheelchair access, delivery, dine-in).
Typical queries we handle
- "All HVAC contractors within 30km of Lyon" — 2,400 results, verified phones, 580 enriched emails.
- "Every yoga studio in Paris intra-muros" — 1,100 results, filtered by 4+ star rating.
- "Independent bookshops in all 100 top UK cities" — 3,200 results across the country, deduplicated.
- "All real estate agencies in the 16 largest Spanish cities" — 8,900 results, with reviews for reputation analysis.
How the delivery works
- Brief: you send the query (or the list of queries), the geography and the filters (rating threshold, verified phone only, etc.).
- Extraction: we iterate through Google Maps for each query, extracting all visible results.
- Website enrichment: for each business with a website, we scrape email addresses from the contact page, verify them, and attach them to the row.
- Dedup: deduplication on phone number + Google Place ID prevents franchise locations or listing duplicates from appearing twice.
- Delivery: CSV / Google Sheet / CRM push within 48-72h.
Typical use cases
- Outbound to local businesses: HVAC SaaS targeting 5,000 French contractors by region.
- Competitive mapping: every competitor of a franchise brand in a 20-city launch plan.
- Local market intelligence: review sentiment across 800 restaurants to pick an acquisition target.
- Field sales routing: a prospect list with GPS coordinates to feed Circuit or Route4Me.
- Compliance and due diligence: confirming that a business is active (open, reviewed recently) before contracting.
